Our company provides taping as a stand-alone service and during programming
components. We use pick & place systems with automatic optical measurement
and the covering film is heat sealed using a precisely controlled process.
We provide conversion services of tube, boxed or tray packaged components to tape & reel
for automated assembly process; Additionally remnant component recovery to re-tape
is also done. All materials and processes are in accordance with the EIA481
standard.
Tape & Reeling represents a significant part of APS's business and is a natural progression
from components programming. Our equipments can handle a capacity of more
than 100,000 units per day so we are well prepared to satisfy orders of
just about any quantity.
